Yummy Chocolate Cake Recipe [Easy Guide]

Chocolate Cake:

Cooking is a stress burster for me…I love to cook at any time. It gives me freshness in a hectic day and baking has the power to make people so happy and refresh. Cake is a dish which is a a all time favourite for everyone and mostly for the children. They use to love eating cake at any time. When it comes to home made cakes it will be healthy for your kids and they can enjoy it without any hesitation. You can bake a cake for your kids birthday and surprise them.they will feel very happy to cut a cake made by their mom.so try to bake a cake by following these easy steps.

Though we need microwave oven for perfect baking but what about those who don’t have oven but wants to bake a perfect cake for their families. Don’t worry,  here I am to let you the easy way to make perfect cakes by using pressure cooker . follow such simple steps and make a delicious cake.

  • Refined flour ( 1 cup )
  • Powdered sugar (2 cups)
  • Cocoa powder (1/2 cup )
  • Eggs ( 2 )
  • Melted chocolate (1 cup)
  • Vanilla essence (1 teaspoon )
  • Refined oil / butter (1/2 cup)
  • Baking powder (1 teaspoon )
  • Baking soda (1/2 teaspoon )
  • Salt
  • Shredded chocolate (1 cup)
  • Cake mould (smaller than cooker)
  • Pressure cooker
  • Bowl stand
  • Sand / salt

Process –

  1.  To bake a cake it’s very important to preheat our cooker.for that put 2 cups of sand / salt in pressure cooker.cover it with lid.remove the whistle and heat it for 5 minutes in high flame.
  2. After 5 minutes off the gas and let’s start making our cake batter.
  3. For our batter we have to mix our dry ingredients first. For that take 1 cup of refined flour in a bowl.
  4. Put 1 teaspoon baking powder,  1/2 teaspoon baking soda,1 pinch of salt and mix them well.
  5. Now put the powdered sugar and cocoa powder to the mixture. Keep them aside.
  6. Now Its time to mix the wet ingredients. For that take 2 eggs and whisk them till bubble come out.
  7. Now put 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, melted chocolate and 1/2 cup of oil / butter. Mix them well.
  8. Now its time to assemble the dry and wet ingredients together. For that put the dry ingredients in the egg mixture slowly through cut and fold technique.
  9. When the mixture Is ready let it take rest for 4-5 minutes.
  10. Now take the cake mould and brush it with butter.sprinkle some flour in it.
  11. Now pour the cake batter in and pat in two times that the bubble comes up and break them.
  12. Now put the mould in the preheated pressure cooker on a bowl stand.cover the lid and remove whistle.
  13. Now cook it in a low flame for about 30-40 minutes.take a toothpick and put it in the cake.
  14. If it comes out clear than your cake is ready.if any batter is stick to the toothpick than you have to cook it for another 10-15 minutes.
  15. When your cake is ready take it out of the pressure cooker and let it cool.
  16. When the cake is cooled properly take it out of the mould by using a palate knife.loose the cake from the batter by using palate knife and take on on a plate.
  17. Now put the shredded chocolate on the cake and serve it to your children and family and see the happy faces of them.
