Veg Fried Maggi Noodles | Healthy Maggi recipe

Hello friends, hope you are enjoying weekend so much. It’s the only time when someone can forget about their all work and tensions throughout the week and can spent a quality time with their friends and family. Another hand ,all of us likes to have delicious foods always. But it is not possible for everyone to cook different types of food for their families all the week . because everyone is so busy now a days with their work. So weekends are the most important part of everyone’s life in which they can have some good food and enjoy.

It is a very simple and tasty breakfast dish which is healthy at the same time. I’m sure everyone will like this as a new healthy substitute of your old breakfast.make it and serve to your family , hope they will enjoy a new transformation of the 2 minutes noodles. can also make this for your children as their school tiffin is a heavy dish which will keep your stomach full for about 2-3 hours. It is so tasty that your baby will finish all of this, I promise.

Though this noodles are ready to only have to do Is boil it for 2-3 minutes and add the spices mix given inside the packet. But I’m telling you a be version of this ready to eat noodles. It will take about 15 minutes. I hope you can give your 15 minutes to serve your family a new type of breakfast.

I’m using 2/3 types of vegetables in can use more vegetables to make it healthier. You can also use egg ,chicken and soyabean also. It will make it more delicious.


Ingredients –

  • maggi noodles (4-5 packet)
  • Onion
  • Baby corn (5-6)
  • Carrot
  • Potato
  • Green chilies (2-3)
  • Salt
  • Spice mix cachet (given inside maggi noodles packet)
  • Refined oil ( 1 tablespoon )
  • Water (as needed )

Process –

  1. To make veg fried maggi , we need to slice 1 onion.
  2. Take 2/3 green chilies depending on  your taste.chop them finely.
  3. Take the vegetables of your choice and chop them finely.
  4. Break the noodles in small pieces so that they can absorb all the flavour and the spice mix.
  5. Process – to make veg fried maggi we have to heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan.
  6. Add all the vegetables in and fry them till they turn little soft.
  7. Now add the sliced onion and chopped chilies in.fry them for 4-5 minutes.
  8. Now add salt as per your taste and put the broken noodles in.
  9. Fry them with the vegetables for 2-3 minutes.
  10. Add 1,1/2 cup water and cook it in a medium flame.
  11. When the noodles are softened ,add all the spice mix powder in and mix them with the noodles well.
  12. Your veg fried maggi noodles is ready to this dish hot to enjoy it more.
