Easy To Cook Chicken Mushroom Rice

I have told you about fried rice before.hope you liked it.Today I am with my easy dish which you can make within 30 minutes with 5-6 ingredients. Yes it is possible to cook something special for your beloved family and friends by using such simple ingredients. The dish is called chicken mushroom rice. Oh yes, I know that mushroom is hot favourite ingredient for many of you. I love this ingredient too.we can make so many dishes by using it.it tastes so hood that no one can ignore it.

Do you know that mushroom contains so much of nutrients which is very essential for everyone. It also helps in digestion. It contains 0 calories. Which a great thing for our fitness freak friends. It contains all the types of vitamins and minerals. So take a spoon and attack on your plate without any hesitation. Don’t forget about chicken. Chicken also have protein content and fibre also. which is also useful for our health. So don’t worry about your health and enjoy your healthy meal.

I’m using uncooked rice so that I can make it freshly. But if you have some cooked rice or some left over rice and you are thinking that it is going to be wasted then wait a minute and look at your fridge.if you have some mushroom and some chicken then you don’t have to waste your rice.quickly make this dish and enjoy it.it will take maximum 15 minutes to get your dish ready.so don’t waste your left over rice and time by thinking over it.

Ingredients –

  • Chicken breast
  • Button mushroom (8-10)
  • Basmati rice (750 gm for 5 people )
  • Spring onion
  • Butter (1/2 cup )
  • Black pepper powder
  • Salt

Preparation –

  1. we have to take the chicken breast and make thin slices of it.wash it properly and keep it aside.
  2. Now take the button mushrooms and slice them too and wash them properly.
  3. Soak 750 gm of rice 2 hours before you start your cooking.
  4. Chop 1-2 shoots of spring onion. Don’t use the white part of it.
  5. Process – At first we have to boil some water to cook our rice.put 1 tablespoon salt in boiling water.
  6. Wash the rice well which is soaked for two hours.put it into the boiling water. Cook it till it is properly done.
  7. Now heat a pan and put 2-3 tablespoon of butter.
  8. Add the sliced chicken and mushrooms immediately otherwise the butter will burn.
  9. Now put salt and black pepper powder as per your taste.
  10. Now add the cooked rice into the pan and pour all the butter remains.
  11. Check salt and pepper. If you think that the amount of salt and pepper is perfect according to the rice then don’t add more.if you think you have to put some more then adjust salt and pepper as per your taste.
  12. Now toss the mixture well and put the chopped spring onion in.mix them too with the rice.
  13. Your chicken mushroom rice is ready within 30 minutes. Serve it hot and enjoy it.garlic chicken is the perfect companion of this dish. So I’m sharing the recipe of garlic chicken also.hope you will enjoy it. It will complete your meal.
