Ingredients –
- Chicken pieces (500gm)
- Coriander leaves (3 bundle)
- Garlic paste (2 tablespoon)
- Lemon juice (1lemon)
- Onion sliced (1 onion)
- Green chili (4-5)
- Whole garam masala(cinnamon,cloves,cardamom)
- Salt
- Refined oil
- Water
Process –
- Wash the chicken pieces well.
- Now take the coriander leaves and wash them for 3-4 times.
- Now take the coriander leaves,green chilies,garlic paste,lemon juice in a grinder.
- Put some water and 1 tablespoon oil in it.
- Now make a fine pest of the mixture.
- Now take the chicken pieces and mix it well with the pest and keep it in the fridge for at least one hour.
- Now heat a pan and pour 2-3 tablespoon oil in it.
- Put 2 cinnamon stick,2-3 cloves and 4-5 cardamom in the oil.
- Now put the sliced onion in and fry it till golden colour appears.
- Now add the marinated chicken in it and cook it for 5 minutes.
- Now cover the pan and let it cook in low flame for 5-10 minutes.
- Now put salt as per taste and cook it again.let the oil come up.
- Now add half cup water and cover the pan.
- Cook it for another 5-10 minutes.
- The dish is perfectly ready when the gravy is thick…
- Serve it with roti.paratha.
