How To Make Fruit Salad | Fresh Fruit Salad Recipe
To Lead a healthy lifestyle,we don’t really need to change our food habits.But we need to add some good food stuffs in our regular diet.as we consider fruits as a good source of vitamins and minerals,it has a lot of goodness for our health.if we have at least 1 fruit a day,we surely can overcome of most of the disease.today I will not share any recipes as always but I’m going to share a healthy yet tasty dish made up of different fruits.it’s the well known fruit salad.I know that everyone knows how to make a fruit salad.but I’m going to tell you a healthier version of fruit salad.which is so tasty and healthy at the same time that no one can say no to fruits.even the babies,who mostly hate fruits will also love to have this fruit salad.
Usually We use cream with fruits to make fruit salads.but as I said , I’m going to share a healthier version of fruit salad,I’m using curd to make this.let’s start our easy and simple yet tasty fruit salad.
I’m using apple,cucumber,papaya, pomegranate to make this fruit salad.you can use any kind of fruits you want.or anu seasonal fruits you’ll be able to get.
Ingredients-
- Apple (2)
- Ripe papaya (1/2)
- Cucumber (1)
- Pomegranate (1)
- Curd (500 gm)
- Black salt (1/2 teaspoon)
- Sugar (1 teaspoon)
- Black pepper powder (1/2 teaspoon)
- Chat masala (1 teaspoon)
Preparation –
- To make our healthy and tasty fruit salad we need to take 500 gm of curd.
- Take a muslin cloth and put all the curd in it.tie a knot and hang it for about 30 minutes.it will help to remove the
- water pat from the curd and will make it slightly hard and creamy.
- Now take all the fruits of your choice.wash them well for 2-3 times in cold water.
- Now peel the papaya and remove it’s seeds.wash them too.
- Remove the pomegranate seeds from the shell.
Process-
- Now it’s time to assemble our fruit salad.for that take the hung curd in a large bowl.
- Put some black salt as per taste, 1 teaspoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder.mix them well with the curd till creaminess comes.
- Now put it in the fridge to chill it.
- Now take all the fruits.cut them into small chunks.or as you want to have them.
- Now take the mixture of curd out of the fridge . put all the fruits into the same bowl and mix all the fruits well with the curd.
- Let the curd mixture cover all the fruits chunks.now serve it in a bowl as you want and sprinkle some chat masala powder on the top.
- Believe me,it’s so tasty that even I can’t resist myself to eat fruits ,in spite of hating fruits.make it and I’m sure you will like it and will love to add this fruit salad in your daily food habits.
