Easy Way To Make Delicious Veg Soya

Today I’m here to share a delicious veg dish with you…Most of us generally don’t like vegetables.so this is a good way to take the veges and serve them to your children too.this dish is so easy to cook and cab be enjoyed with roti or paratha.

We don’t even need onion and garlic for this dish.so your vegetarian friends or family member s can enjoy this without any hesitation…

Ingredients –

  • Nutrella (250gm )
  • Cubed potatoes (2-3)
  • Cubed pumpkin
  • Cubed pointed gourd / parwal (6-8)
  • Chopped tomatoes (1 cup )
  • Ginger paste (2 tablespoon )
  • Green chili paste ( 2 teaspoon )
  • Cumin powder ( 1 tablespoon )
  • Coriander powder ( 1 tablespoon )
  • Turmeric powder ( 1 teaspoon )
  • Garam masala powder ( 1 teaspoon )
  • Whole cumin (1 teaspoon )
  • Whole red chilies ( 2-3 )
  • Bay leaves ( 2-3 )
  • Mustard oil (2 tablespoon )
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Water

Process –

  1. At first take 3 cups of water and heat it.put some salt in it.
  2. Now add the nutrella to the worm water and soak it for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat a pan and add 1 blespoon mustard oil.put the cubed potatoes in and fry them.
  4. Add 1 pinch of turmeric potawder and 1 pinch of salt and fry till it turns lite golden.
  5. Remove it from pan and take it in a bowl.keep it aside.
  6. Now put another 1 tablespoon of oil and add whole cumin, bay leaves and red chilies.let them crackle.
  7. Then add the cubed pointed gourd and fry them.again add 1 pinch of turmeric powder and 1 pinch of salt.
  8. Add the cubed pumpkin with the pointed gourd and fry till it turns soft.
  9. Then add the fried potatoes and mix well.
  10. Now take the soaked nutrella and put them In pan. Fry them for 3-5 minutes.
  11. Now add ginger and green chili paste.fry them till raw smell goes out.
  12. Then put the chopped tomatoes and cook it till it turns soft.
  13. Now add the dry spices like turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder.
  14. Put half cup of water and cook them well till masala are properly cooked.
  15. Now add salt to taste and 1 teaspoon sugar.pour 2 cups of water and cover the pan and cook it for 5-10 minutes or till the gravy gets thickened.
  16. Your veg soya is totally ready. Pour some ghee if you want.this dish can be enjoyed with roti, paratha…
