Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken pieces (1 kg)
  • Sliced or cubed onion (4-5)
  • Sliced or cubed capsicum (4-5)
  • Chopped Spring onion ( 1 cup )
  • Chopped green chili
  • Chopped ginger
  • Chopped garlic
  • Eggs (1/2)
  • Corn flour (1/2 cup)
  • Black pepper powder
  • Red chili powder
  • Soya sauce
  • Tomato sauce
  • Chili sauce
  • Vinegar/ lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Refined oil

Process –

  1. To make this delicious dish at first we have to clean the chicken pieces and dry them.
  2. Now take a bowl and put the chicken pieces In. Now add 1/2 teaspoon salt,2 tablespoon soya sauce, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 2 tablespoon tomato sauce,1 teaspoon black pepper power, 1/2 cup corn flour and 2 eggs and mix them well.
  3. Now heat some oil in pan.put the marinated chicken pieces and fry them well till it turns golden.take them out and keep them on a tissue paper.
  4. Now heat 2 tablespoon oil in the same pan and add the chopped ginger, garlic and chilies and fry them for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Now add sliced onion and capsicum and fry them for 4-5 minutes that the crunchiness is present.
  6. Now make a mixture of the sauces.take a bowl and put 1/2 cup of tomato sauce, 1/2 cup of chili sauce, 1/4th cup  soya sauce, 2 tablespoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon red chili powder,1 teaspoon black pepper power,  1 teaspoon of salt,2 teaspoon sugar and mix them well.
  7. Now pour the sauce to the pan and fry them well that the sauce mix with the vegetables.
  8. No put the fried chicken in and again mix them.
  9. Now take 1 bowl of water.put 1 tablespoon corn flour in it and make a mixture. Add the mixture to the pan and put another bowl of water.
  10. Cook it till the gravy gets thickened. Sprinkle chopped spring onion and mix It. Your restaurant style chilli chicken Is ready to serve.it will accompany egg fried rice sooo well that your mouth will fill with water thinking about this dish.
